HumanAssist provides English speaking practice and automated feedback for educational and self-improvement purposes.

2. Automated feedback can be imperfect

Transcription, grammar rules, fluency measures, audio analysis and other automated feedback can contain errors. Scores and suggestions are practice aids, not official language qualifications, medical advice, academic certification or employment decisions.

3. Responsible employment use

HumanAssist should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, rejecting or ranking a person. Employers and recruiters remain responsible for appropriate human review and applicable legal obligations.

4. Your use of the service

You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for avoiding content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.

5. Availability and changes

Features may be changed, improved, limited or discontinued. HumanAssist does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

6. Third-party services and links

The site may link to external learning, career or partner services. HumanAssist is not responsible for the content, availability, pricing or privacy practices of those third parties.
